General Terms and Conditions
This is a courtesy translation. The legally binding version of this document is the Hungarian one — in case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian text prevails.
1. The Service Provider

2. Scope of services
The Service Provider offers marketing and creative services, in particular: PPC advertising, social media management, web design, brand identity, drone footage, aftermovie production and product photography, together with the presentation and implementation of its own CRM system. The content, scope and schedule of each service are set out by the parties in an individual quote or order.
3. How an order is placed
The Customer makes contact via the form on the website, by e-mail or via WhatsApp. The Service Provider issues an individual quote; the contract comes into existence upon the Customer's written (e-mail) confirmation or acceptance of the quote.
4. Fees and payment terms
The prices shown on the website are indicative, net starting prices; the final fee is stated in the individual quote. Payment is made in accordance with [payment terms: e.g. deposit %, balance, payment deadline], by bank transfer to account number [bank account number]. In the event of late payment the Service Provider may charge default interest under the Hungarian Civil Code.
5. Performance and deadlines
The parties set the deadline in the individual order. The Service Provider requests the materials needed for performance (access, content, approvals) from the Customer; late provision of these extends the deadline proportionately.
6. Withdrawal and cancellation
For services already commenced and provided to individual specification, the cancellation terms are governed by the individual contract. [Cancellation / withdrawal terms]. Statutory withdrawal rights of a Customer qualifying as a consumer are provided in accordance with the applicable legislation (in particular Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.)).
7. Liability
The Service Provider performs the service with the care that can reasonably be expected of it. The performance of advertising platforms (Google, Meta and others) depends on numerous external factors, and the Service Provider therefore does not guarantee any specific business result (a given revenue or number of conversions). The Service Provider's liability is limited — to the extent permitted by law — to the amount of the fee actually paid by the Customer.
8. Copyright
Usage rights in the completed creative materials pass to the Customer upon payment of the fee in full, to the extent defined in the individual contract. Unless otherwise agreed, the Service Provider is entitled to present completed work as a reference.
9. Complaints
You can raise complaints at info@soulsilvermarketing.com; we will provide a substantive response within 30 days. In the event of a consumer dispute you may turn to the conciliation board with jurisdiction over your place of residence.
10. Miscellaneous provisions
Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms; the version in force at any given time is available on this page.
